  21. I've had some complaints that the PS version does not print on all
  22. PostScript printers.  This is the default of the TeX DVI to PS
  23. convertor.  I do know that the document prints on Apple LaserWriters
  24. and other derivatives.

  26. The .txt version is fairly ugly.  It's generated by 'dvidoc' and has
  27. some spacing errors, but is usable if you can't take PS or LaTex.
